“Your direct approach was appreciated. I also received comments that people liked that you discussed some of your own struggles in the UK, and didn’t suggest that you have all the answers (as someone put it, you didn’t present yourself as the “be all and end all”).   Your sense of humor was also appreciated.”

It gave us time to look at all the elements of relational security and to talk about how to build on the staff dynamic. Supported by the Chief Executive and the Director of Finance we worked on clinical effectiveness, finding ways of eliminating needless paperwork and tasks so staff could give more time to patients.

“The sessions you provided has instilled the much needed hope and optimism that has been missing within the team for so long. Everyone ‘s buzzing from the away days and I have heard nothing but positive things from them today.”

Funded and supported by the Provider Collaborative, all forensic services have access to leadership training, the relational security facilitator programme, the relational security tookkit, the development workbook, and the relational security e-learning.
